Thank you Elaine for our stunning wedding cake. Everyone commented on how fabulous it looked and as soon as it was brought out, the children (big and small) couldn't keep their eyes off it and if that wasn't praise enough, it also tasted amazing. Thank you ever so much.
My wedding cake looked and tasted amazing! The sugar flowers matched my bouquet perfectly and the piping and lace decorations around the cake were beautifully done.

Elaine has made several cakes for me and they are amazing! They look fantastic and the attention to detail is superb. Her flower making skills are excellent and the results are very delicate, beautifully coloured and shaded to create a very realistic result. Elaine is also very creative. she has made a champagne bottle cake in a box which generated lots of admiration and comments as to how real it looked; she recently made a cake for me for Breast Cancer Research and it was fantastic - it wowed and amused everyone at work and promoted lots of donations and she has also made a flower decorated Pearl Anniversary cake that was very delicate and had a beautiful spray of flowers and a subtle pearly shimmer.The cakes themselves are light, well flavoured and taste absolutely delicious.
